The Women's MCS Run Compression Pantyhose have been scientifically engineered in accordance with the anatomy of the leg and impact that running has. This has lead to the creation of targetted MCS mapping, the first of these areas being the thigh/quadricep area which reduces the impact of the load transfer on the knee joint. The second mapped area is the calf/gastrocnemius muscle in which compression works to reduce muscle strain, reducing ground reaction forces on the calf by reducing muscle oscilation. 2XU have chosen a comfortable compression fabric to achieve these results, using PWX Flex 70 and 150D panneling. Additional benefits of this highly performing material include UPF50+ sun protection and advanced anti-bacterial properties, allowing the compression pantyhose to stay fresh and few times before washing. Additional handy features include flatlock seams to reduce chafing and a rear zipper pocket, securely housing valuables such as phones and keys.
