I have been waiting 5 months for a refund and they have not responded. I have left 6 voicemails without even one call back. I have emailed 5 times and sent my receipt of shipping the item back. I did get one response that they would check with finance and no follow up. I have emailed three times since then over 30 days ago for an update….,, no response

I love my dryer, but I have broke it off where the hose fitting connects to the dryer. How can I get it repaired?

So far so good!

I’m very happy with this dryer so far. Powerful, cool air flow and reasonably priced. It’s not the quietest dryer out there but it’s working great. Also, make sure to tighten the metal rings ALL THE WAY so the tubing doesn’t fly out!

Buyer beware!! You won't get what you paid for!!

Spent over $6000 . They told me they painted it in the rain and shipped it anyway. Sent paint with the delivery, told me to re paint it. And it was a month and a half late. Refused to give a refund. Buyer beware!!
