Please note that the 36" tub with Center Drain is only available with a stationary clip on ramp. The center drains would not allow the sliding ramp to slide underneath the tub.

We waited over four months for the tub to come in, granted it was due to supply chain issues like everything, and Pet Pro did a good job of keeping us updated as long as we initiated contact. Each time I sent an email they got right back to me and had a comprehensive update following up. Would have been better if they contacted me in a timely fashion, but they did follow up as expected. As far as the sink goes, great design, good stainless steel, but the quality of manufacturing was poor. The entire track system for the ramp was bent and warped. I had to slowly bend and twist the track to get the ramp to fit, and then some more to get it to function. I also don't have a lot of confidence in most of the welds, as they were poor and had poor penetration. Since the sink won't move now that it is installed, the welds probably won't be an issue. For the money and time spent, it never should have left the factory without someone addressing both the tracks and welds. One of the reasons I bought this particular model was because it was made in America. Putting a flag on the sink doesn't compete with China, actually making a better product would. I would still recommend this sink based on the overall design and quality of the steel. I think the both Pet Pro and Groomer's Best need to work a little harder on customer service and quality control.
Purchasing this tub for my grooming shop has made life better. It is perfect for both large and small dogs. The steps are just right for large dogs getting in and out of the tub. The sturdiness of this tub is exceptional. And it is made in the USA!

Legs had to be modified to fit for attachment. Quite a task
Great tub for the price. Two problems I have
1. There are 3 faucet holes, but the faucet set from same manufacturer only covers two holes, which was a little confusing.
2. The door you have to buy separately is a little flimsy and does not slide easily back and forth for me.
