This gate is just what we needed to keep our 20 lb senior dog out of the kitchen, while still being low enough for the cats to jump over. It's attractive, well built and easy to assemble. The mesh is a safer alternative for cats, and it's sturdy enough that it can't be knocked over. Highly recommend this product.
