As of October 2018, Ruff Tough changed its name to Ruff Land Performance Kennels. All products will be the same built-tough, built-safe, built-smart kennels and accessories as before, and only the name will change. As Ruff Land, the company continues with the goal of providing dogs and owners with the very best kennels out there.

Ruff Land Kennels Return/Exchange Policies: You can return any Ruff Land Kennels item that did not end up working out for you (exceptions apply*), in new condition, within 30 days of the delivery date. A refund will be issued to your payment method or applied to your exchange, minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% of the product. An additional oversized charge will be applied to any XL or Large size kennels that are returned or exchanged.
*Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the following products:
· Special orders and/or products that are custom configured to your specifications (this includes customized vent patterns).
· Products sold “as is” or “seconds.”
· Used or not “new” condition.
· Any kennel altered by the consumer.
Ruff Land Kennels warrants all products sold by Authorized Dealers and Distributors to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. Ruff Land Kennels will cover the cost of shipping the product to come back to their facility to replace or repair and send back.

Great color! The front/right door kennels are smidge wider than the single door, but it still fits nicely in the car with partial seats up. The intermediate is perfect for my whippet pup.

Car kennels are really important, but expensive. We decided on a Ruffland and This website had them the cheapest. I had purchased another one from ll bean and regret not getting it from here.
They told me it’d take 6 weeks to come from this website but it came in 4 days!
A great crate that fits nicely in the back seat of my car and my dogs can see out of. I love the fact that the crate is seamless and you can take the doors off the crate for easy cleaning. I would highly recommend this crate to people for safety and convenience.
I have a small Mazda SUV and needed a good safecrate to fit in it. I looked at several on line and had difficulty finding one that would fit my car with both a front and side door. I travel with my fairly small female GSD but still needed a crate big enough for her to be comfortable. When it arrived it just fit. My dog jumped right in and laid down. She seems very happy, comfortable and secure.
