Ruff Land Size Options

Wire door has been discontinued. 

The Small Ruff Land Kennel no comes with a composite door. It also comes with a handle already attached for dog kennel portability. Vent hole pattern displayed is standard (3/4" Holes) with one finger hole on the back.

The Medium Ruff Land Kennel comes standard with a handle and 1" vent holes. Note it is not stackable or able to couple with smalls or mediums. Comes standard with the double swing composite door. This crate also has a built-in handle for easy transport. Vent hole pattern displayed is standard (1"hole size), with one finger hole in the back.

The Intermediate Ruff Land Kennel was the first dog crate Ruff Land manufactured. Endorsed by celebrities and carried by major retailers, this intermediate dog crate sets the standard for built-to-last intermediate sized dog crates. Includes the new and improved composite door. The vent hole pattern displayed comes standard (1 3/8" hole size), with two finger holes in the back. The intermediate dog crate can be stacked and customized with the add-on options.

The Large Ruff Land Kennel Single Door Dog Kennel has quickly become one of our best selling dog kennels. Also carried by major retailers, this large dog kennel can be stacked for transport or in a boarding or vet clinic setting. This crate carries the new and improved composite door. Vent hole pattern displayed comes standard (1 3/8"), with two finger holes in the back.

Ruff Land Kennels Vent Hole and Non-Standard Color Options

Add extra vent holes to your liking! Extra vent holes will be added to the sides. For the medium size, an extra 2 rows of vent holes will be added to the bottom of each side. For intermediate sizes and up, 1 row will be added to the top and 1 row will be added to the bottom of each side. 

Please note that because of the extra time it takes to produce colored crates, non-standard colors come with a $14.00 upgrade fee and may take 3 weeks to process.

Ruff Land 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty

Ruff Land Kennels warrants all products sold by Authorized Dealers and Distributors to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. Ruff Land Kennels will cover the cost of shipping the product to come back to their facility to replace or repair and send back.

RUFF TOUGH KENNELS IS NOW RUFF LAND

As of October 2018, Ruff Tough has changed their name to Ruff Land Performance Kennels. All products will be the same built-tough, built-safe, built-smart kennels and accessories as before, and only the name will change. Ruff Land Kennels Return/Exchange Policies: You can return any Ruff Land Kennels item that did not end up working out for you (exceptions apply*), in new condition, within 30 days of the delivery date. A refund will be issued to your payment method or applied to your exchange, minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% of the product. An additional oversized charge will be applied to any XL or Large size kennels that are returned or exchanged.

*Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the following products:
· Special orders and/or products that are custom configured to your specifications (this includes customized vent patterns).
· Products sold “as is” or “seconds.”
· Used or not “new” condition.
· Any kennel altered by the consumer.
